မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ၏ ဆောက်လုပ်ရေးကဏ္ဍ ဘေးအန္တရာယ်ကင်းရှင်းရေးနှင့် အရည်အသွေး မြင့်မားစေရန်အတွက် ဆောက်လုပ်ရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာနမှ ထုတ်ပြန်ထားသော တရားဝင်လမ်းညွှန်ချက်များဖြစ်သည်။ ယခု ၂၀၂၅ မူတွင် ခေတ်မီအင်ဂျင်နီယာအတတ်ပညာများ၊ ငလျင်ဒဏ်ခံနိုင်ရည်ရှိမှု စံနှုန်းများနှင့် ရေရှည်တည်တံ့သော မြို့ပြပတ်ဝန်းကျင်ဆိုင်ရာ စံနှုန်းများကို အဆင့်မြှင့်တင် ပြုစုထားပါသည်။
အပိုင်း ၁ - မြို့ပြစီမံကိန်း၊ အဆောက်အအုံနှင့် မြို့ပြပတ်ဝန်းကျင်ဆိုင်ရာ စီမံခန့်ခွဲခြင်း
အဆောက်အအုံ ဆောက်လုပ်ခွင့် ပါမစ်လျှောက်ထားခြင်းဆိုင်ရာ လုပ်ထုံးလုပ်နည်းများ၊ မြေအသုံးချမှုနှင့် မြို့ပြစီမံကိန်းဆိုင်ရာ စီမံခန့်ခွဲမှု နည်းဥပဒေများ ပါဝင်သည်။

ငလျင်ဒဏ်နှင့် လေပြင်းဒဏ် ခံနိုင်ရည်ရှိသော ဒီဇိုင်းတွက်ချက်မှုများ၊ မြေသားစမ်းသပ်ခြင်းနှင့် အုတ်မြစ်ချခြင်းဆိုင်ရာ အင်ဂျင်နီယာစံနှုန်းများ ပါဝင်သည်။
အပိုင်း ၅ (က၊ ခ၊ ဂ) - အလင်းရောင်၊ လျှပ်စစ်နှင့် ဓာတ်လှေကားများ တပ်ဆင်ခြင်း
လျှပ်စစ်စနစ်များ၊ အလင်းရောင်ပေးစနစ်များနှင့် ဓာတ်လှေကား/စက်လှေကား တပ်ဆင်အသုံးပြုခြင်းဆိုင်ရာ အသေးစိတ် နည်းပညာစံနှုန်းများ ပါဝင်သည်။
