Mingalarpar, Myanmar Engineering Society (MES) was officially formed on 23 rd December, 1995 at the Assembly Hall of YIT with unanimous approval of some 800 engineers and architects presented on the occasion and then formally inaugurated on the lawn of YIT on 7 th Feb, 1996.
