is located at the Adman Sea coast, west of Myanmar.
It is started to famous in 1990s among
the local visiters because of easy access
and right proximity from
Yangon City after open up new roads.
It is also famous of various fresh sea food.

There were used 3 gen set in this hotel for the alternative energy. All of generators were not connecting by auto synchronizing system. These were operated by depended on power requirement. If it needed low power demand, It would be operated smallest 25KVA gen set.

The water is flowing regularly in the cannel starting from the main gate of the Dam. Along the cannel there are some places formed like a mini water fall making sound that can be hear from a distance.

The RH-6 Rice Husk Gasifier is manufactured by Myanmar Inventors’ Cooperatives Society (MICS). It is bought and operated in Lin Tha village, Thandwe Township in Rakhine State for the purpose of  rice milling and rural electrification.
